1)One stop production mode: The whole process of raw material development, product design, extrusion mold design and manufacturing, profile extrusion, product deep processing, product testing, and product storage are completed within the company, which not only shortens the development cycle, but also saves development costs.
2)Raw material development capacity: Through smelting, electromagnetic stirring, casting and other processes, aluminum alloys of different compositions are developed.

4)Rich experience in mold design and manufacturing: With more than 20 years of rich experience in die design, we provide customers with the most reasonable extrusion design. The most representative example is the high fin heatsink, with a maximum tooth height ratio of 28 times. The lifetime of the extrusion die for the 7-series aluminum alloy bumper has increased from the initial 4T to 10T.
5)Extrusion capacity: 7 sets of extruders:7500T,4500T,3000T*2, 2800T, 2500T, 1450T. The annual output of extruded profiles is 45,000 tons.
6)Bending capacity: 2 sets of bending machines: 55T, 75T, which can automatically identify the yield strength of the profile and adjust the tensile strength.
7)Punch capability: 16 CNC punching machines, which can achieve efficient punching of precise positions.
8)Welding capability: 7 robot welding production lines, 15 friction stir welding equipment.
9)Forging capability: 2 sets of forging processing equipment:5000T, 3000T, which are used to produce copper and aluminum forged heatsinks.
10)Long profile processing capability: CNC machines with long tables: 2m, 4m, 6.5m, 11m,12m, 15m.
